How safe is my order?

The security of your personal information is as important to Steel Mill Media as it is to you. Steel Mill Media uses a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the standard in transporting sensitive data from websites. Steel Mill Media has obtained a digital certificate from GoDaddy.com, Inc. When you enter a secure section of the Website, an image of a closed lock or a solid key should appear in a bar on your browser. If you click on this image, a small pop-up window displaying site-security information will appear. The digital certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted to the secure and encrypted Steel Mill Media Web server.

What payment methods are offered?

Unfortunately, rules keep us from saying what payment methods that we accept. We aren't joking. We can't think of a single reason why we shouldn't be able to at least say their names. The credit card companies obviously don't endorse our product or service...but there you have it. But if your card type starts with a V, M, D, or A, then we most likely accept it.

Will sales tax be applied to my order?

No. Though if you purchase a DVD from our store, sales tax will be applied if you live in the state of Florida.

How discreet is my order?

We cater to customers who require discression in their purchases. Your purchase will appear on your credit card invoice as "MALEFITNESSBUFF" and give no reference to the services ordered.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. The email will be from customerservice@boundmuscle.com or customerservice@steelmillmedia.com, and will state the items purchased, as well as the amount that was charged to your credit card.
