When I try to log in, it says "Your login has been compromised." Help!

In order to prevent the frequent abuse that plagues these types of sites, we have developed a progressive policy to control such abuse. Each time you log in, the system records your IP Address. If it sees that someone is logging into your account from another place (a different IP Address) within a certain amount of time, you will receive the message "Your login has been compromised.".

You are free to log out and then log back in within an hour or two--but it must be from the same IP Address.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU GIVE YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION TO ANYONE! If you feel that your information has gone out of your control (like your account constantly has "Your login as been compromised." and you don't know why), feel free to contact us and we will gladly reset your information. We will only send information to the email that the account was purchased under.

I lost my password! Where can I get it back?

At the bottom of the page, there is a link called "Retrieve Login Information". If you click it, and then enter your email address in the space provided, then the system will email you your password. If this is still not sufficient, then please contact us at customerservice@boundmuscle.com. Note that a company representative will never ask you for your password, but may need to verify other information if that email on your account has changed.

Do you have multiple levels of membership?

There are two kinds of members: "Standard: and "Full Site".

Standard Membership: This level is absolutely free, and gives you access to view images and the list of movies that are available. This also gives you access to the Free Monthly Movie.

Full Site Membership: This level is a paid subscription, and gives you everything that a Standard Membership does, as well as instant access to EVERY movie on boundmuscle.com. As new weekly movies come out, you will have access to them automatically, so long as your subscription is active.
